BotCon.com has updated with a new
look and an announcement about next year's 'Con location, and it's about

It's official! BotCon 2002 makes its
triumphant return to the Fort Wayne, Indiana area next summer!
Held during the weekend of July 26-28, BotCon 2002 promises to
offer only the finest in convention entertainment! Remember to start
planning now to join your fellow fans at BotCon 2002, where everything
is more than meets the eye!
Preregistration will begin Monday, November 26, 2001. We accept
check, money order, VISA, Mastercard, and, to make registration even
more convenient, PayPal! Stay tuned for further announcements
regarding this year's guests, special prizes, contests, merchandise,
and giveaways!
You heard them, folks! Get your
budget ready and spend spend spend! There will be two exclusives
available if anything goes like it did last year, which should amount to
about $100 for both figures. Registration should be about
$40. Now that Hasbro has decreed BotCon its official Transformers
convention there's no guarantee that the prices will stay the same.
Also, we suspect that the convention will
likely be held at the Grand Wayne Center like it was in 2000, which is a
fantastic place, really.
